Medical Registration

Pilgrims who book through the Travel Agent (Tangney Tours) do not need to complete medical information as this information is included in your booking form.

Any pilgrims who are travelling independently are required to complete a form so that Pilgrimage Doctor(s) can provide appropriate assistance if required.
